Summarizing Beef Safety Research
Brief project summaries now are available online for each of the checkoff-funded projects completed as of May 31, 2009. These projects were completed at institutions in Colorado, Missouri, Kansas, Ohio, Wisconsin and Texas. Six FY 2008 projects were co-funded with the Iowa Beef Industry Council, Kansas Beef Council, Missouri Beef Industry Council, Nebraska Beef Council, Texas Beef Council and Washington State Beef Commission. Two projects were co-funded with the American Meat Institute and National Pork Board, and one was co-funded with a private company. To view the project summaries, visit Beef Safety Research.
