
Why Veal?
In an effort to gather information about veal consumers, the checkoff’s market-research team added questions about veal attitudes to the most recent wave of the Consumer Beef Index. Results – which indicate that consumers are attracted to the ‘craveability’ and tenderness that veal provides – will help guide veal strategic planning by focusing in on what qualities are most likely to increase veal demand.
