2010 National Beef Ambassadors

The 2010 National Beef Ambassadors have been named. Malorie Bankhead (California), Rebecca Vraspir (Wyoming), Ellen Hoffschneider (Nebraska), Jackson Alexander (Oklahoma), and Mandy-Jo Laurent (Texas), will represent the beef industry and the Beef Checkoff Program to consumer audiences nationwide in the coming year. The 2010 team was named at the national competition, funded in part by the beef checkoff, Oct. 9-11 in Fort Smith, Ark., and were judged based on their representations in consumer promotion, classroom presentation, media interview technique and issues response.
