BEEFlexible Takes Flight

Now taking off on the in-flight menu of Virgin America Airlines is the Flat Iron Banh Mi Sandwich, reminiscent of the Beef Bahn Mi featured in the Beef Checkoff Program's 2008 BEEFlexible advertising campaign to the foodservice trade. The sandwich features Flat Iron, cucumber, lettuce, cilantro, and a daikon-carrot slaw with Asian Ginger Dressing.
