
Focus On Dairy Quality
A checkoff-funded research project will help dairy producers optimize the value of market dairy cows and bulls and, ultimately, improve the quality and consistency of market animals sourced from their dairy farms. The study was conducted by researchers in Idaho and California and will provide baseline measurement of the quality of dairy market cows and bulls being sold in auction markets.
