Leo Sutterfield, Jr. runs about 100 cows in the cattle operation he started in 1984. He also has worked in banking since 1993, and currently serves as president of First Service Bank in Mountain View, Arkansas. His previous work included teaching high-school math, operating a bookkeeping business, owning a hardware store, and serving on the board of Casualty Insurance Company. Leo also has been active in cattle organizations, including Arkansas Farm Bureau, Southern Farm Bureau, and as a member and president of the Arkansas Beef Council.
