Richard Winter is general manager of the feedyard division for a large cattle-feeding company in the Texas Panhandle. He is a fifth-generation cattle producer, previously in California and now with his wife, Kim, in Texas. Richard has four sons and is a 1977 graduate of West Texas State University. He has volunteered service on several cattle-industry boards in the past, including Texas Cattle Feeders Association, the Texas Beef Council, and the National Cattlemen's Beef Association.
