Patty and her husband, John, have owned Sweet Meadows Dairy in Madison, N.Y. for 36 years. She was nominated to the Beef Board by Dairy Farmers of America. In addition to milking 75 registered Holsteins, the Bikowskys crop 250 acres of alfalfa, corn and oats. Patty is an active member of the Board for the Northeast Dairy Farmers of America, American Dairy Association and Dairy Council, and Dairy Marketing Services. She also has been active in the N.Y. Farm Bureau and the Holstein Association and has served her community as a longtime member of the Madison Town Board
