Larry is a fourth-generation farmer/feeder/stockman in Brown County, Kansas. He grows about 4,000 acres of corn, soybeans and alfalfa and also runs a 260-head commercial cow herd in partnership with his father and son. In addition, he feeds out the calves and feed in various feedlots in Iowa, Nebraska and Kansas. He is a past president of the Kansas Livestock Association, past chairman of the Kansas Beef Council, chairman of the Ag Partners Cooperative and board member of AGP Inc.
