Craig has been at the helm of Trinity Farms LLP, since 2002 and involved with its operations for 20 years before that. Trinity Farms is a diversified beef, dairy and row-crop enterprise, farmer-owned and operated by Craig and his partner, Dave Waldrop, Jr. Their dairy herd has ranked in the top 10 in the nation for its size for many years. The beef cattle operation has expanded to 200 head under Craig’s leadership. Craig is a member and leader of many professional organizations. He and his wife, Frieda, have four children -- Barry, Danielle, Melynda and Haley.
