Harold “Andy” Wick, his wife, Polly Jo, and son, Jeff, own and operate an incorporated dairy, Upper Valley Holsteins, Inc. He currently has 540 Holstein cows and 400 Holstein heifers on the dairy, which is located in Orchard City. The family also farms 400 acres of corn. Wick has received several awards, including a Dairy Herd Information Association (DHIA) award for highest milk production per cow, a national award for the Western U.S. region high quality milk, and awards for quality milk from Dairy Farmers of America (DFA).
