Chuck Kiker started in the cattle business through 4-H when he was in high school. He continued to expand his herd throughout college and then added rice farming to his operation in 1983. He has a herd of purebred Brahmans and raises F-1 Braford replacement females to use in his commercial herd. Chuck is a past president of the Independent Cattlemen’s Association of Texas, past county vice president of Farm Bureau, member of Texas and Southwestern Cattle Raisers Association, and is Region V director for the U.S. Cattlemen’s Association.
