Jim Eschliman is an active member of the dairy industry and also grows corn, beans and alfalfa. He has served as a councilman for Dairy Farmers of America and on the Audit Committee of the Central Area Council. In addition, Jim has served as a director for the Lower Loop Natural Resource District and a member of the Nebraska Dairy Industry Development Board. He is also an active member of the board for his local church.
