Bob Combs is owner and operator of Combs Dairy, which milks 105 cows and farms 350 acres with burley tobacco, corn, alfalfa, grass hay and pasture. He holds a bachelor’s degree in dairy science from Virginia Tech and is a former field supervisor for Select Sires. He has served as president of the Virginia State Dairymen’s Association and the Southwest Virginia Agricultural Association, as first vice president of the Southeast Council for Dairy Farmers of America, and as a member of county and state dairy organizations.
