Remittance Forms
Two remittance forms are available as editable documents or as printable files for your use:
The Private Treaty Sales Check-Off Investment Form (Word, PDF) should be used anytime you sell or buy cattle in a private treaty transaction. Use this form if you sell or buy cattle on an irregular basis.
The Monthly Report And Remittance For All Cattle Purchased Or Marketed (Excel, PDF) should be submitted monthly if you are buy or sell cattle every month.
Print and complete these forms and send them to your state beef council remittance address. Instructions are on the forms; contact your state beef council if you have questions.
