Remittance Forms

We have included two remittance forms for your use and convenience (choose from the menu on the lefthand side of your screen).  The first is a PRIVATE TREATY SALES CHECK-OFF INVESTMENT FORM for you to fill out and send to your state beef council  anytime you sell or buy cattle in a private treaty transaction. This form would be used if you sell or buy cattle on an irregular basis.

The second form is a MONTHLY REPORT AND REMITTANCE FOR ALL CATTLE PURCHASED OR MARKETED (Checkoff Remittance).   Send this form in on a monthly basis when you are buying/ selling cattle every month.
