Committee Information

The Joint Evaluation Committee is an industry advisory committee comprising 12 members in total – six members of the Cattlemen's Beef Board and six directors of the Federation of State Beef Councils. Four of the 12 must also be members of the Beef Promotion Operating Committee, two from the Beef Board and two from the Federation. Its purpose is to oversee effective measurement in accomplishing stated objectives of programs as well as measuring results of these programs in achieving the outcomes and goals of the industry's Long Range Plan. It will periodically report these measurements and conclusions to the Cattlemen's Beef Board, the Beef Promotion Operating Committee, and other appropriate committees.
